Dinay has been an independent consultant since 2016. During this period she designed Learning Paths for multiple jobs, introduced and managed the TREK Learning Experience Management System, and Project Managed the design and implementation of Learning Paths to a client. She also performed multiple HR L&D research assignments as well as designed multiple L&D Proposal presentations.

Before this she has worked at Vodacom South Africa and Schneider Electric South Africa. She worked at Vodacom for 22 years in Learning and Development (L&D) as well as HR Shared Services as L&D Consultant and Shared Services Consultant.  

She has been involved with projects such as E-Learning Implementation, Performance Management Consulting, Training Co-ordination, L&D Programme Management, and extensive HR Systems Design, Implementation and Management. Examples of Systems such as SAP, SABA and SumTotal.  

She also presented L&D offerings to new employees. Designed Standard Operating Procedures for New Starters and L&D Center of Excellence Practices. She performed Needs Analysis on L&D Interventions for Vodacom SA as well as Non-SA OPCOs (Tanzania, Lesotho, Mozambique, DRC).

At Schneider Electric, she was responsible for:
Delivering a high quality, flexible Human Resources service, responsive to the needs of the organisation, and in line with legislative requirements and best practice.
Providing a full generalist service to fellow HR colleagues as well as business including Recruitment, Reward, Employee Relations, Learning & Development ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
Leading on HR project work to enable the organisation to meet its overall business objectives and to drive improvements to the service offered by the HR department.
Working with and mentoring HR colleagues to provide a flexible and positive approach enabling the HR team to deliver excellent service.
Working with the HR Manager and HR Director to ensure implementation of the HR Strategy in line with overall business objectives.
Ensuring that appropriate HR information systems are in place to support operational needs and contribute towards the continuous improvement of HR processes, documenting and communicating changes where necessary  100% data integrity and queries HR resolution

Her passion is to assist individuals and teams to MAP their lives and development in order for them to grow and make a difference in the company and to others.
